About

Jessica L. Evans, LMT, CPT

Jessica, a Hawai'i native, has been exposed to the art of massage and holistic health nearly all of her life. After moving to Central New York and graduating with honors from Oneida High School, she attended State University of New York at Brockport for two and a half years with a dual concentration in English and Spanish, with the intent of becoming a high school teacher.

An epiphany occurred in the midst of finals during her last semester, and decided to pursue her true passion -- massage therapy.  Jessica attended the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse.  She graduated third in her class and earned her New York State license in September of 2010.

Inspired by her friends, family, and overall public need, she will continue to educate herself in order to educate and help a broad range of clients so that they, too, may lead a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle that includes regular massage and daily movement.  From athletes, children, the elderly, and pregnant, all are welcome to enjoy the numerous benefits of massage!

Aside from practicing massage,  Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, doing physical fitness ranging from Olympic weightlifting, yoga, functional fitness at high intensity, and hiking, gardening, reading (currently reading The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg), coffee dates, and being outside.
